YGRO-GHANA (YOUTH GRIEVANCE RELIEF ORGANIZATION )
Inspired by the Commission for Community Outreach and Monitoring (CCOM), the YGRO-GHANA was founded by three enthusiastic YLF Executive members. Besides Mr. Gilbert Germain (Executive Director of YLF), Tim Pauls (Project Coordinator for YLF) was involved in the establishment of this sister NGO of the Young and Lonely Foundation. The main concern of YGRO is the treatment of children and adolescents with exceptional sadness, anger and other disheartening emotional disorders embed on their hearts by their embattling upbringing, broken home, divorce and even verbal abuse stemming from the side of the parents. Having realized that such emotional conflicts could lead to a dangerous and very hostile adulthood, the organization has made it a point to curb it in many children by the use of tet-a-tet with the parents, trying to understand the causes and to devise highly efficient and lasting solutions. In fact, the club believes all children would know peace and nothing else should they all perceive life from the same angle. Inter and intra-child differences would be always resolved and future child radio and television programmes would be implemented for obtaining this universal peace. Besides that paramount aim of the organization, it also undertakes support programmes to aid the execution of major programmes of the Young and Lonely Foundation. An instance is providing “JAMA” (local musical ensemble) during HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness creation campaigns. This pious Club was formed in September, 2006, after Mr. Komla Senafia, Projects Co-ordinator of Young and Lonely Foundation had an in-depth thought on the alarming rate of suicide bombing and other social vices the youth of today indulge in, in other parts of the world. He then decided we keep the youth busy voluntarily, pre-alerting them of the fact that the devil finds work for the idle hand.
As a partner NGO, it also helps in running the annual sensitizatin, healtth MDGs, Reproductive Health Rights in the Agona Municipality. It has since its establishment registered with the Agona East and West District Assemblies.

HOW AND WHY WORKING WITH ST. GERMAIN SCHOOL.
Firstly we will answer how. After the comprehensive establishment of the Young and Lonely Foundation, (YLF) an in-depth research of a possible partner that upholds our foundation’s visions was desperately searched, but after that critical and pain taking activity, Saint Germain School Complex (SGSC) in Agona Swedru stands out as the only institution that has the requisite facilities and personnel capabilities to merge with as future development partner. In summary, the bottom line of partnership is in existence due to the strong relationship that exists between the founder and the proprietress of the school.
For why, since the merger becomes a reality, the Saint Germain School Complex (SGSC) has been a major boost in our development drive most importantly in the areas of free education, accommodation, health services, balanced diet and absolute total care. These human development properties have been an enormous aid to our beneficiaries. The unequivocal fact is established here that: a woman establishing school surely has children at heart as far as education is concerned. The proprietress too has the hope of taking care of these orphans as well as the less privileged ever since the establishment taught was cultivated in her reasoning tissues. Nonetheless, this friendly relationship has provided a great bond of mutual co-operation between our members of staff and their human resources resulting in the blend of our existence and their child educative support.
The St. Germain School Complex is the partner institution with boarding facilities for the beneficiary students
